Service Description

Care for the post partum parent often is overshadowed by the needs of the newest edition, though care and reconnection of the soul and body are important aspects of the journey into motherhood. This class focuses on pelvic floor, healing womb space, and (re)connection to the self and newness.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to any private or group classes and 7 days prior to any workshops or series in order to receive a class credit. It is the discretion of The Garden to determine if a refund will be issued in place of a credit/transfer. No refunds will be issued for cancellations prior to 48 hours/7 days, respectively.
